Your privacy

When you send an inquiry, the form saves your name, email address, phone number, the date and place you have in mind and your message to a private Google Sheet that only Memento Studio & Design can see, and emails a copy to the studio. That is how the inquiry reaches Amira. It is kept while the conversation is open and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted, or sooner if you ask.

A client gallery is private: the link and PIN are sent to you alone. When you open it, your browser keeps a small cookie so you do not have to enter the PIN on every page. When you send your choices from a proof gallery, the name and note you write are saved with them so the studio knows who chose what.

Photographs of you are delivered under the agreement you signed with the studio and are kept in private storage, never on a public page unless you have agreed to it.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and collects no personal details; it cannot tell who you are.

To see what is held about you, or to have it deleted, email the studio at the address in the footer. Requests are answered within a week.
